About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of the SFA LAW website and our optional intake text messaging service.
Website Information and Legal Services
Website content is general information, not legal advice for your individual situation. Contacting SFA LAW or sending an inquiry does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Representation requires the firm’s acceptance and an applicable engagement agreement. Do not rely on website information to determine deadlines in your matter.
SMS Terms
When you expressly agree to receive text messages from SFA LAW, we may text you about your personal injury or employment law inquiry, intake questions, consultation scheduling and reminders, document requests, and intake updates. Some messages may contain links to our website, scheduling pages, or secure document forms.
Our intake team requests verbal permission during a call and records your response before sending texts. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry alone does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving legal services.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with our team. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider determines any charges.
Stopping Messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent under this program unless you opt in again.
Getting Help
Reply HELP for assistance, email info@sfalaw.com, or call (888) 991-3949. Text messaging is not an emergency service. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable; wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for information about how SFA LAW handles personal information and SMS consent. SMS opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS Enrollment and Confirmation
The program name is SFA LAW Intake Updates. Permission is specific to this program and SFA LAW; it cannot be transferred to another business or messaging program. We request a clear affirmative response to our intake team’s verbal consent request. Consent is separate from agreement to these terms or our Privacy Policy. After enrollment, a confirmation text identifies SFA LAW, describes the program, explains that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and provides STOP and HELP instructions.
This intake program does not authorize unrelated advertising or promotional campaigns. Promotional messages require a separate appropriate opt-in; verbal intake consent alone is not permission for marketing messages.
Opt-Out, Support, and Re-Enrolling
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You can also tell our team that you no longer want texts by calling (888) 991-3949 or emailing info@sfalaw.com. After an opt-out, we may send one message confirming your choice. Further program messages require a new valid opt-in. Reply HELP for assistance or use the same support phone or email.
Keep us informed if your number changes or is no longer yours. If you have opted out and want to receive messages again, contact our team to provide new permission. SMS availability depends on your device, carrier, and service; delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
